"I'm embarrassed it has taken me over 2 years to write this review. It's not something I do often but Swan Song = Steve, Sara and the team are the REAL DEAL! It all started in 2014 when we decided to move to Wilmington from Pittsburgh. Wilmington is my hometown. We were renting while trying to figure out where to live. I was constantly on Zillow looking at houses and only one house caught my attention. I called my agent and we scheduled a visit. My husband and I, along some other family members went to see this 100 year old renovated historical home. We walked inside and I started jumping up and down and clapping! This was it! My husband said really? The first house we look at? YES! He agreed but it seemed too easy he said :). Then we made the offer and there was another offer etc. Long story short, we love our house! Steve let us in often during the closing process so we could measure for furniture and he also worked with us on an appliance upgrade. A year later we hired him again for another upgrade and during this time he threw in a more attractive attic vent just because he thought it would look better than the one the house originally had, who is this generous? Steve! This is when I got to know his wife Sara. Love her! They are on a mission to do the right thing in their business.
